Can I request profile access for free?
Yes. Requesting access to a public NPI record and administrator claim review are free. A paid plan is required to edit the profile or use management, analytics, and lead tools.
What happens if my subscription expires?
The public registry profile remains visible, but editing, analytics, leads, and other paid management tools lock until an eligible subscription becomes active again.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes. You can cancel before the next annual renewal in the billing portal. Paid access normally continues through the current billing term.
Are subscription payments refundable?
Subscription and team-seat fees are non-refundable after purchase except where required by applicable law. Plan carefully before submitting payment.
How does claim review work?
You identify your relationship to the provider, certify that you are authorized to manage the profile, and securely upload a government-issued photo ID (driver license preferred) for an administrator to review. Identity documents are kept in encrypted private storage and are not placed in the public Media Library. Approval confirms profile-management authority only; it does not verify professional licensure, credentials, specialty, or quality of care.
